1. Do you offer international shipping?

  • Answer: Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. What is your return policy?

  • Answer: Since our products are released in limited quantities and through exclusive drops, we are unable to accept returns. However, if there was an issue with your order or you received the wrong item, please don’t hesitate to reach out through our Contact Page or email us at Bureenstreet@gmail.com. We’ll be happy to assist you and make things right as quickly as possible.

3. How do I track my order?

  • Answer: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the provided tracking number to check the status of your shipment.

4. What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

  • Answer: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately through our Contact Page or email us at Bureenstreet@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to make it right.

5. How long does it take to process an order?

  • Answer: We process orders within 3-5 business days. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends. Once processed, orders are shipped based on the following options:
    • 5 to 8 business days
