1. Do you offer international shipping?

  • Answer: Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. What is your return policy?

  • Answer: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and still sealed in the original packaging. Once the seal is broken, the item is no longer eligible for return. A 20% restocking fee applies unless the return is due to an error on our part. 
  • To request a return, please email us at Bureenstreet@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. You can also reach out through our Contact Page. We’re happy to assist and will do our best to make things right as quickly as possible.

3. How do I track my order?

  • Answer: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the provided tracking number to check the status of your shipment.

4. What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

  • Answer: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately through our Contact Page or email us at Bureenstreet@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to make it right.

5. How long does it take to process an order?

  • Answer: We process orders within 3-5 business days. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends. Once processed, orders are shipped based on the following options:
    • 5 to 8 business days 

6. Do you offer exchanges?

  • Answer: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you have received an incorrect item, please reach out to us through our Contact Page or email us at Bureenstreet@gmail.com for assistance.
